Mr. Figlin is a Global Director in SAP Services Delivery organization. His career started in development and he was later promoted by a member of SAP Board to work with top 100 SAP customers to contribute to account, deal strategy and new product adoption. Later Oleg was engaged as a project manager in global, large scale customer projects and took a number of management positions in Pre-sales and Services. He has a proven track record in leading and driving strategic and complex inter-company programs.

Currently Oleg supports Services Delivery Management in driving the development and execution of business and strategic objectives. Oleg is managing cross LoB program focusing on redesigning service portfolio to deliver pre-assembled packages on HEC and driving business development activities to support innovation and transformation in Services organization.

Oleg is highly motivated and used to working in a dynamic environment with continuous changes. He has leadership and communication skills with customers, partners, coworkers and executives. He was announced as SAP High Potential in 2005, 2009, 2012,2013 and was part of Services Winner Circle in 2012. Owns 6 patents in SAP and is author of tens of publications.
